The WiMAX Network is Currently Being Built!

Philip Hubbard, a contractor for Nortel, is installing equipment for Quad-Cities Online's (QCO) new WiMAX network on Black Hawk College's tower. The network will offer an alternative to DSL and Cable Internet service and reach areas where broadband Internet is currently not available.
